Privacy & Data Protection Policy

Last Revised: August 29, 2026 • Commitment to Zero Intrusive Tracking and Client-Side Storage

01 Introduction & Core Philosophy

At AuraSound Pro (accessible from https://aurasound.pages.dev/), we believe high-fidelity sound creation should not come at the cost of personal privacy. We do not operate user accounts, do not collect mandatory email addresses for MP3 downloads, and do not track or sell your browsing history.

02 Data Processing & Local Browser Storage

Our web application relies on native browser client-side technologies rather than backend tracking databases:

  • Local Storage (Client-Side): We save your volume preferences, loop toggles, and saved favorite tracks locally on your browser. This data never touches external server databases.
  • Web Audio API Synthesis: Procedural synthesis occurs strictly in your device's memory without recording or transmitting audio streams back to our servers.
  • Server Logs: As a static application hosted on Cloudflare Pages, edge routers process standard technical IP addresses and user agents strictly for DDoS mitigation, DNS security, and SSL encryption.

03 Advertising Partners & Google DART Cookies

To maintain 100% free downloads for creators without paywalls, we display advertising slots through vetted networks (such as Google AdSense and Adsterra):

  • Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on AuraSound Pro. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the Internet.
  • Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network Privacy Policy or through AboutAds.info.
  • Third-party ad networks may use cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and personalize ad content. AuraSound Pro has no access to or control over these third-party cookies.

04 GDPR (European Union) & CCPA/CPRA (California) Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you retain full rights regarding your data:

  • Right to Access & Portability: Request confirmation on whether any data is held.
  • Right to Erasure: Clear your local storage or request deletion of contact desk submissions at any time.
  • Non-Discrimination: We never restrict music downloads based on privacy preference selections.

05 Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2026 (India)
