1 Grant of Commercial License & Synchronization Rights
AuraSound Pro hereby grants the user ("Licensee") an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to download, reproduce, synchronize, edit, remix, and publicly perform all audio assets hosted on https://aurasound.pages.dev/.
This license applies to both non-commercial and commercial productions with unlimited views, broadcasts, prints, impressions, and downloads.
2 Allowed Usages (What You CAN Do)
- YouTube & Video Platforms: Monetize videos, Shorts, live streams, and channel trailers without copyright claims.
- Live Streaming: Stream background music on Twitch, Kick, Discord, Facebook Gaming, and YouTube Live.
- Social Media: Use in TikToks, Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, and X (Twitter) multimedia.
- Commercial Video Games: Integrate soundtracks into Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, and Steam commercial video games with zero distribution royalties.
- Podcasts & Audiobooks: Intro/outro themes, ambient background layers, and transitions for Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
- Client & Corporate Work: Commercials, corporate explainers, wedding films, crowdfunding pitches, and TV/radio broadcasts.
- Editing & Modification: Cut, loop, pitch-shift, slow down, speed up, or apply equalization to fit your project.
3 Forbidden Usages (What You CANNOT Do)
To preserve the open-source integrity of AuraSound Pro for all creators, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Content ID Fingerprint Registration: You may NOT register AuraSound Pro recordings (or close remixes) with YouTube Content ID, Identifyy, TuneCore, DistroKid, CD Baby, or any automated copyright fingerprinting database.
- Raw Audio Resale: You may NOT bundle, resell, or distribute raw audio files as standalone stock music packs or sample CDs.
- Streaming Music Re-uploading: You may NOT upload raw unedited tracks to Spotify, Apple Music, or Deezer under your own name as musical artist singles.
4 Attribution Policy & Recommended Format
Attribution is not legally required for CC0 dedications, but providing attribution in your video descriptions supports independent sound engineers and helps whitelist your videos against rogue bots:
